Ola Särén Design AB sells handcrafted products in wood, metal, and forged materials through our online store. Both private individuals and businesses are warmly welcome to shop with us.
Prices
Current prices are always listed next to each product.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
Delivery Time
For items in stock, normal delivery time is 3–4 business days.
During peak seasons or large campaigns, delivery may take up to 14 days.
For custom-made orders, the estimated delivery time will be provided in your order confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal & Exchanges
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and 30-day exchange period from the date you receive your order.
For returns, the following applies:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Returns from resellers must be handled directly with the store where the item was purchased – we do not accept returns or exchanges between us and third-party retailers

You may reuse the original packaging if it is in good condition – just make sure it is properly sealed and sufficiently stamped.
If you selected invoice payment and cannot return the product before the due date, please pay the invoice and contact us for a refund once the return has been processed.
