Yes, yes! You can take down your knife holders with the help of a wire, preferably a bobbin thread or dental floss that you "saw" between the wall and the knife holder. That way you can get it down easily and then replace your tape. You can then rub off the tape that is left on the wall and on the holder. There are also special glue removers available for purchase at various places, just google it.

The tape comes pre-cut on sheets that are enough for 5 knife holders + an extra piece of tape in case you get stuck and you get another chance.
